I started my career with a small, local recruitment company in the UK, where I played an instrumental role in converting the business into a niche, executive search company.

I soon discovered that my knowledge-driven way of working added the most value to small, fast-growing businesses looking for entrepreneurial leaders, and build out a large database of clients and candidates within the start- and scale-up space in the Benelux, DACH, and the UK.

After spending six years in the UK learning and honing my trade, I was hired by Sire Life Sciences to lead their pharmaceutical recruitment team in Amsterdam, facing a similar challenge.

From there, I joined NLC, the health-tech venture builder, where I worked on finding entrepreneurial co-founders, CEOs, CCOs, CTOs, and the likes, for their broad portfolio of med-tech, biotech, and AI ventures.

After nearly a decade of working with highly entrepreneurial individuals, I decided it was time for me to join them. Caerus is where I leverage my experience and proven track record to help my clients succeed.
